Our Space is a cash-based practice which means that I am out of network with all insurance providers. Payment is due at time of service via cash, Venmo or card. If you would like to use your insurance, I can provide you with a "Super Bill" which may allow you to receive full or partial reimbursement from your insurance provider depending on your individual plan. ​​​

Services are provided in our one-on-one studio space in Lyme, CT. Following the initial evaluation, you may choose to continue follow-up session in-person or transition to zoom sessions.
