our healing
our space
a space
for women
Our Space is a women's health and movement therapy practice dedicated to providing individualized musculoskeletal care for women navigating the changes surrounding pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and womanhood. Our bodies are wildly intuitive and incredibly resilient, but whether it’s your first pregnancy, a repeat journey through the postpartum period or you’re facing new or worsening physical and functional challenges, it’s ok for our bodies to need a little support.
Our Space is an intimate studio setting where we work one-on-one to identify and change movement patterns that are no longer sustaining you. From pregnancy to menopause, womanhood is a fundamentally physical experience, but we don't always get the kind of support that our bodies need to carry us through that spectrum of demand.

As a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, I bring additional training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, certification in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation and exercise as well as a prior professional ballet career resulting in a deep understanding of how our bodies can move when given the support that they need.

Through a combination of hands-on techniques, breath work and movement training we work together to improve

joint / muscle pain
incontinence
prolapse
pain with intercourse
restriction / pain at C-section or episiotomy site
stress
fatigue
overwhelm

why
Our Space?
our services
exploratory consultation
a free, 30-minute consultation call where we discuss what brings you to Our Space and identify your needs and goals
postnatal support
learn how to support your body during your unique healing process and develop sustainable movement strategies to navigate the choreography of motherhood
prenatal care
together we will explore musculoskeletal contributions to your prenatal experience and develop a plan of care to address your goals for pregnancy and birth prep
mother(woman)hood
create sustainable movement routines to see you through the challenges of day-to-day mother(woman)hood including breath, mobility and strength training
how it works
We can begin with a free 15-minute exploratory consultation over the phone or jump right into our initial 90-minute in-person visit. Following this initial session we can book visits one at a time as needed or you can choose to sign up for a 6 or 12 session package.

As we work together, we will develop a movement/exercise repertoire that you will have lifetime access to.

I recommend in-person sessions whenever possible as this allows us to maximize our use of hands-on techniques, cues and problem-solving strategies. However, once we have established some of the foundational breath/movement concepts for your unique plan of care, you can choose to transition to virtual sessions if preferred.

Pricing:
Initial consultation - $170 for 90 minutes
Follow up session - $130 for 60-75 minutes

6-session package - $775
this includes initial consultation + 5 follow up sessions

12-session package - $1530
this includes initial consultation + 11 follow up sessions

By working outside of the traditional insurance-based model, we have greater flexibility in when and how we use each visit to optimally support your body. However, as a licensed DPT I am qualified to provide a Superbill (invoice) for physical therapy services which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if needed.
